Get Fit with This 18 Minute Medicine Ball Workout

Can't find more time working out because of busy working schedules and other chores? Here's a quick full body workout that you can surely do and definitely squeeze in to include to your tight schedule. No need to run to a gym for equipments, all you need is a medicine ball and you can do it right at your home. Beginners can do this program as well, simply use a lighter ball and taking breaks if needed. And if something bothers or feels like too much, you may set the ball down and just do the movements without the medicine ball. Amy of Bodyfit by Amy demonstrates how to execute the exercises properly and shows you the perfect form.

This medicine ball workout works on your arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders, core and cardio.

Your House Can Be Your Gym

Enrolling in a gym is intimidating especially if you're just a mere starter and you only have yourself to go and work-out. The presence of these fit folks may have you either be more determined and inspired to reach to their level or at worst cases, may have your self confidence decrease and feel out of place because everyone's in the advanced level already, having a good body to show and here you are, not in shape and will gonna be struggling with the exercise programs for sure once you've started doing those. If the latter is the case, no worry, 'cause you can still lose those pounds away right at your own turf. Yes, you can use your very own home if you're not comfortable going to the gym.

All you need to have are :

1. Exercise mat
2. Dumbells (a pair will do)
3. Jumping rope
4. Kettlebells
5. Resistance rubber bands
6. Medicine ball/ stability ball

These simple things can help you build muscles and shed those fats away and if you want to add some machines at your home, you can have stationary bike or treadmill or an elliptical training machine, bench press, barbell and some plates. Machines that will not eat a lot of space in your room.
